4. Intellectual Property

Custom AI products and systems developed for clients under a consulting engagement are subject to the terms of the individual service agreement between the Company and the client.

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services

6. Payment Terms

Specific payment terms, fees, and billing schedules are outlined in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the applicable agreement. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RSQ Ventures Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to the Company in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will be error-free, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
